Continues to update, doesnt work on computer

Hi

I purchased the app for my macbook pro. I am unable to get past the “updating” on the screen. I have uninstalled, deleted and reinstalled without any success. I was unable to find an email for support.

I would sure appreciate any help.

The ios version works great on my phone/ipad
