Ok - could be better

I’m away a lot of people rave about this app, hence I purchased as well. I had high hopes based on the reviews. It works, interface and features don’t meet expecations for a paid app. I inquired about a 10 day and 15 day forecast option. Customer service provided a condensing response and said it wouldn’t offer this to paying customers. I inquired about the rain notification feature. Similar to AccuWeather with provides much better features and provides a 20 day forecast. What I don’t like about AccuWeather is the “trending now” and where it’s located. If I could move the “trending now” feature to the very last thing I would see, it would beat forecast hands down and it’s free. I use forecast because I don’t like the “trending now” in AccuWeather.”
